1. Pécsi Orgonaépítő Manufaktúra Ltd.
Pécsi Orgonaépítő Manufaktúra Ltd. is dealing with producing and trading organ parts, it´s an enterprise registered in Hungary (in the guide hereafter it is mentioned as seller, the buyer is mentioned as customer)
2. Customer
Customer may be anybody, who accepts the rules declared in our Terms of delivery and trading.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the website are not qualified as quotations. They become definitive, when the seller sends the customer a separate quotation.
The prices are net prices.
The minimal value of an order is 40 €.
4. Payment
The payment is in advance, via bank transfer.

5. Registration
For purchasing registration is necessary.
6. Shipping, delivery and packaging
In case of small packaging shipping goes by DPD (up to 30 kgs). Delivery prizes based on DPD transportation prizes.
In case of large sized or heavy packages delivery goes by Kuehne-Nagel based on an individual call on proposal.
7. Ordering
Ordering process
a) The customer sends the order claim via the webshop.
b) Negotiation happens via e-mail (seller-customer)
c) Quotation – Sending a copy of the invoice (seller)
d) The customer orders the product via e-mail and transfers the amount standing on the invoice. By doing the transfer the customer accepts the price of the product, delivery and packaging costs.
e) The seller sends the ordered product with the invoice and the delivery note to the customer.
