This policy sets out the conditions under which goods purchased in the organparts.info web shop (operated by Pécsi Orgonaépítő Manufaktúra Kft.) can be returned, and how the purchase price is refunded.
1. Who this applies to
Sections 2–7 apply to consumers, i.e. natural persons buying for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Purchases by businesses and institutions (companies, organ-building workshops, church and other institutions) are governed by section 8.
2. Do we accept returns?
Yes. As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase under the statutory right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, and return the goods under the conditions described in sections 3–6. The made-to-order goods listed in section 7 are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
3. Deadline: 14 days
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal declaration before the period expires.
4. How to withdraw
You must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You can do so:
- by completing our online withdrawal form,
- by e-mail to pom@pomorgona.com, or
- by post to: Pécsi Orgonaépítő Manufaktúra Kft., 7630 Pécs, Iparsziget u. 3., Hungary.
Please state the order number, your name and contact details, and the date of receipt. We confirm receipt of an online withdrawal declaration by e-mail.
5. Returning the goods
- Deadline: you must send back or hand over the goods within 14 days of the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires.
- Return address: Pécsi Orgonaépítő Manufaktúra Kft., 7630 Pécs, Iparsziget u. 3., Hungary.
- Cost of return: you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For large or heavy items (e.g. console benches, bellows, pedal keyboards) freight costs can be substantial; on request we help arrange transport, but the cost remains yours.
- Condition of the goods: you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return the goods undamaged and, where possible, in the original packaging.
6. Refund: method and timing
- What is refunded: all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery. Supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer are not refunded.
- When: without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal declaration. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
- How: using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction (e.g. back to the card for card payments, to the sending bank account for bank transfers), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
7. Exception: made-to-order goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of your individual choice or decision, or that are clearly personalised (for example parts made to your dimensions, scaling or choice of wood, or with inscriptions or engraving). Such goods are indicated on the product page or in the quotation. The right of withdrawal does apply to used goods.
8. Businesses and institutions
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases by companies, organ-building workshops and institutions. We accept returns from business customers only by prior written agreement; please contact us at pom@pomorgona.com before shipment or promptly after receipt. Made-to-order goods cannot be returned by business customers either.
9. Defective or damaged goods
If the goods are defective or were damaged in transit, please notify us at pom@pomorgona.com, quoting the order number and attaching photos of the defect. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by this policy; as a consumer you may assert claims for lack of conformity within two years of delivery. We bear the cost of returning defective goods.

Legal basis
Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights; in Hungary, Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet §§ 20–25 and § 29(1)(c) and § 6:163 of the Hungarian Civil Code; in Germany, §§ 312g, 355, 356, 357 and 438 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside are not affected by this policy.
