Delivery prizes based on DPD transportation prizes.<\/p>\n<p>In case of large sized or heavy packages delivery goes by Kuehne-Nagel based on an individual call on proposal.<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0 Ordering<\/p>\n<p>Ordering process<\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The customer sends the order claim via the webshop.<\/p>\n<p>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Negotiation happens via e-mail (seller-customer)<\/p>\n<p>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quotation \u2013 Sending a copy of the invoice (seller)<\/p>\n<p>d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The customer orders the product via e-mail and transfers the amount standing on the invoice.
