Shipping costs are a flat gross amount of EUR 50.00 in all cases.

If the order is placed in Hungarian forints (HUF), the shipping cost is the HUF equivalent of EUR 50.00 at the exchange rate set by the service provider.

Order and Delivery Process

The user provides the delivery address during the ordering process.

The final amount payable includes all costs based on the order summary and the confirmation notice. For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged in the destination country are not included and are payable by the user.

Delivery of the goods takes place on business days between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed during business hours. Orders may also be placed outside the stated processing hours; however, if an order is submitted after business hours, it will be processed on the following day.

The service provider’s customer service team will confirm electronically when the order can be fulfilled.

General fulfilment period: within 3 to 40 business days from the conclusion of the contract.

For products made to order, the fulfilment period is the manufacturing time stated on the product page plus the delivery time stated there; for these products the fulfilment period may exceed 40 business days.

Product Unavailability

If the service provider is unable to fulfil its contractual obligation because the product specified in the contract is unavailable, the user will be informed without delay and any amount already paid will be refunded without delay.
